My Puggle Leo had surgery on his leg at another vet and after weeks was still not recovering or acting himself, the other vet kept brushing us aside so my wife did research and found Petchester. We took Leo to Dr Sills at Petchester and he found that Leo had a deep infection in his leg. The infection was resistant to most antibiotics but Dr. Sills did research and found an anti-biotic that would work and now Leo is 100% recovered and back to normal. I'd very strongly recommend Petchester to anyone in the area.

Dr. Sills and Dr. Ben Adi are caring, competent and loving Vets. I follwed Dr. Sills from his previous practice and he has been my Vet since 1994 and will be until he decides to retire. I can't even put into words how much I adore and appreciate Dr. Sills, Dr. Ben Adi, Paul, Laura, Cecelia and the rest of the team. We were recommended to the team by my fellow dog loving friend when one of our dogs, Lydia, was limping and was misdiagnosed late last year by another vet. It turns out that she had an aggressive form of cancer and a tumor in her leg that could only be contained with her leg being amputated. This all came as shocking and devastating news to us obviously but everyone on the team was there for us and walked us through this process. There was a blizzard on the day Lydia's leg was amputated and because it was unsafe for the Staff to stay there overnight, Paul brought Lydia home in the snow to his house around his family and cared for her overnight to make sure she was safe and comfortable. Keep in mind, Lydia was not walking so he must have carried her in the snow at some point. We will never forget that and are forever grateful. That's just one example of the kind of care you will find from these vets. Fast forward, 9 months, one leg amputation, and 6 chemo treatments later and Lydia is staying strong on her three legs and her cancer has been staying at bay. Initially we were told from many sources that dogs don't usually survive more than three months with this cancer But Dr. Sills is working miracles, I suppose. smile emoticon we now have recommended many friends to them who also love Petchester dearly. These are hands down the best vets your pets will ever come across. Sending lots of love from Lydia and Deegan!

So happy to be back in the "Great Care" of Lester Sills. He has always been there for my handsome boy "Bleu" when we where having seizure issues for years. And then out of blue my other handsome boy "Dallas" developed Hemangeosarcoma of the blood vessels and Lester was there again for 3 short weeks we had left with our boy. I have Never met a Veterinary Like Dr. Lester Sills !! I am so happy to find Dr. Sills again. Today I brought my Precious-blue/gold macaw to see Dr. Sills after finding out where Dr. Sills had located to and his staff was excellent and the new facility was beautiful. Having Dr. Sills as Precious Avian specialist is a blessing to us. He knows how to take care of Precious and Dr. Sills is so loving and compassionate, that I don't ever want to loose contact with him again. I want him in Precious life for as long as Precious lives. Petchester came highly recommended to me by a very dear and knowledgeable friend. We found the hospital and staff to be a cut above the rest. Very professional, clean and personable. More importantly my dogs felt at ease and welcomed by Dr, Sills and the staff.

So many of us wonder - what ever happened to the good old days - when people really spoke to each other and took time out to show that they cared - well the good old days with the best of modern medicine is alive and well at Petchester Veterinary Hospital! The caring for your beloved pets (and humans) is palpable - you almost can't wait to get there to find relief for your "best friend" and get the re-assurance that is so welcome! as if this wasn't enough the office décor is breath-taking - The pictures are a walk through history - how many Vet's offices have a blown up picture of FDR and his beloved Fala as part of their décor - the contrast of black and white and art work in color is in a word, stunning! Most of all, you will never find a better doctor or friend for the loves of your life, than Dr. Ben Adi and Dr. Sills !

I brought my dog Mumu to Petchester for the first time when she was vomiting. I didn't know what was wrong with her. The receptionist was very warm and informative. Then I met Dr. Ben-Adi and loved him!! He was so gentle with my dog who usually doesn't like anyone. Dr. Ben-Adi was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He was right on target with his diagnosis. I felt very comfortable at Petchester and really liked the fact that they were reasonable in price. They didn't try to run up my bill. I was also very impressed with their immaculate clinic. It was really nice with new equipment. I also liked that they have separate dogs and cats areas in the waiting room.

What an amazing team of vets! My pets have been seeing Dr. Sills for years. I recently had a cat with kidney failure and although she was only supposed to live for 3 months or so Dr. Sills' expertise kept her alive and happy for 2 years. I will never see anyone else!

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Ben Adi. The care and attention he gave to my two senior cats for the last quarter of their lives was second to none. Every choice he recommended was in the best interest of the cat. And when the time came, he helped my make my intolerable decision, tolerable. He is the BEST vet I've ever encountered and I've encountered more than a few in my 19 years as a cat owner. Do yourself a favor and make Zach Ben Adi your vet.

My name is Sally. I am a 5 year old adorable (not bragging - everyone says so) goldendoodle. I met Dr. Sills when I was 10 weeks old and he was so nice - kind, gentle and funny too. He made me feel relaxed even though I was a little scared. My parents told me he is very smart and has so much experience, but most important I could tell he loved me. I could tell that by the way he examined me, which was everywhere, but let's not get too personal here. He said I had very good teeth so I smile a lot. My family moved away to SC so I have a new vet here and she is also very nice, but when it comes to taking care of me, we all still miss Dr. Sills.

We LOVE both of these vets, but have been using Dr. Sills for years! He was our family vet growing up, and now I use him for my cat and my clients' animals. We recommend all of our pet clients to them and trust them entirely. They are experienced, professional, and both have a great sense of humor. Dr. Sills is always willing to go above and beyond, and takes his time with me as he knows I am a vet tech student. I always appreciate learning from him-- and don't tell my cat this, but I am looking forward to getting him neutered soon so that we can spend more time with these guys and continue to watch their beautiful new facility come to completion.
Oh, and the facility is AMAZING! Brand new, and completely state of the art!

I finally found Drs. Ben Adi and Sills! I have been taking my dog and cats to them for many many years, and I was devastated when I could not locate them. Well, I have found them, and their new animal hospital is beautiful and clean, and their staff is exceptional. They are both extremely competent and compassionate veterinarians who always seem to do the right thing. Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

Drs. Sills and Ben-Adi are not only highly qualified and professional, but they are incredibly kind, caring and compassionate. They have taken care of my cats for many years and I would never take my "babies" anywhere else. When one of them passed away they were so caring and consoling. I could not have gotten through the pain of loss without their help. Their facility is state-of-the-art and I appreciate that there are separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. Our companion animals are in good hands with these vets.

Our family's big Beauceron and tribe of adopted cats had received outstanding care from vets Zsach Ben Adi and Lester Sills. So we were happy that after months in the making, their new animal hospital is now up and running. Our first visit with the dog was much more than we expected. This former restaurant has been transformed into an airy, light-filled state-of-the-art hospital equipped for every imaginable need from diagnostic imaging to surgery. Skylights and large windows bring the outdoors in so it's cheerful and welcoming. They are prepared to treat dogs, cats, birds, and small pets of every kind. The lower level is handicapped-accessible with an elevator and offers boarding facilities. Everything we hoped for, in one place that puts animal welfare above all else.

Dr. Valerie Carril is amazing. She is involved, creative and made me trust that my really sick cat was in good hands. And so he was. Not only Dr. Carril caught the way of treating his kidney failure, she also lead us, as the cats family, through every step.
