Face it, Lucy is the cutest Meet Lucy Parisi whose face is the cutest and, face it, she is the cutest! Lucy was born in in May 2016. She is very needy, but, oh, so cute! She loves to cuddle. She also loves to do laps around the house. She’s a finicky eater but loves treats. Her favorite is Lamb Lung. In fact, she will do almost anything for a lamb lung! Wow--one lucky dog!! Thanks to Susan Horn, her mom, for sharing her bundle of love.	Brothers from a different mother Meet Moondoggie, a 3 year old Brussels Griffon and cousin- Douggie, 5 year old mixed breed. Uma and Arlo are BFFs Uma and Arlo are Dr. Sills' newest additions to the family. They are both rescues who traveled north on animal transports from the southern states of Tennessee and Louisiana respectively. Wolfman Jack Rouse Wolfman Jack Rouse was diagnosed with cranial mediastinal lymphosarcoma and was given chemotherapy with good results. This is contented Wolfman after three treatments. Meet Major and Gus Meet Major and Gus who met in the park and are getting acquainted like canines do. Thank you to Ashley Stevenson for submitting.	Didi-A Diamond in the Ruff Didi's "After Photo" --After Didi was treated by Petchester's veterinarians, (including debriding/cleaning wounds, hydrotherapy, drain placement, antibiotic therapy,etc.) and accompanied by some tender loving care, a diamond emerged named Didi.	Didi-A Diamond in the Ruff Didi's "Before Photo"...a Cat Assistance rescue adopted by our own, animal assistant, Bessy Argumendo. Didi came in severely matted and badly battered by another dog in her household. The prior owner took her to another emergency clinic and when confronted with the costs of treating her, elected to euthanize her. Clinic personnel contacted the caring volunteers of Cat Assistance-New York who agreed to cover her treatment costs if surrendered to their stewardship.
Maggie Rose's Bark Mitzvah Maggie Rose is ecstatic in completing her "bark mitzvah" since she received lots of treats. We send our mazel tovs to all the Rose family. Perleen is No Garbage Cat Perleen is Petchester's pearly white hospital cat, and, though she is seen here walking alone the edge of a garbage pail, she is the furthest thing from a so-called "garbage cat". No coincidence that Barbara is a yoga teacher and practices the proper form of "down-dog" with the amazing Teddy who doesn't need to practice since it just comes naturally.	Scuba the Scuba Diving Dog Scuba Rivera is a old flat-coated, coconut retriever from the island of St.Kitts. He enjoys long runs down the beach, moon-lit dinners of Hills Z/D and chasing after his one true love, his floating bumper! Thanks to Samantha Rivera for sharing and who completed veterinary school in 2016 and is now a full-fledged veterinarian,	Ella, the Elegant Ella, one of Dr. Sills' four dogs, is quite the mild-mannered, elegant lady. She was a rescued mom of 5 pups who were all adopted through Pet Rescue. Every day she shows appreciation for her new home.
Jesse & Jozie Play Paw Games Jesse and Jozie, are two rescued dogs that found their permanent home with Dr. Sills via the good work of the animal rescue organizations-- Cat Assistance and Pet Rescue.	Jake, the 32 Year Old Parrot Jake, who is s 32 year old, domestic-hatched, blue-fronted, Amazon parrot, has lived with Dr. Sills for 32 years. If you decide to get a parrot as a pet, you better make provisions for him in your will since they can live 50-60 years.	Eddie, the Handsome Hunk Eddie is the last addition to the Sills' family and also hails from Pet Rescue who brought him from South Carolina. Eddie is gentle and genteel--a real gentlemen.

She was self-mutilated (feather picker) and debilitated when she presented but is beginning to thrive since she is getting the necessary attention and medical care at Petchester. She has since been placed in a new happy home. Sal & Perleen, Adopted Siblings

Sal and Perleen are Petchester's rescued hospital cats. Though they are not siblings by blood, they have acclimated to their new home and are cozying up with each other in Petchester's treatment area. It is so nice to see siblings getting along!

Perleen is No Garbage Cat

Perleen is Petchester's pearly white hospital cat, and, though she is seen here walking alone the edge of a garbage pail, she is the furthest thing from a so-called "garbage cat". Perleen found her forever home with one of Eastchester's firemen.

Jeter in Bliss
