NEW PATIENTS-WHAT TO EXPECT

"Did you ever notice that a dog gets mad at you when you blow in his face but then when he gets in a moving car, he puts his head out the window?" -Steven Bluestone

Expect a Lot

Get a Lot

Our veterinarians and staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality of service and care to all species who come through our doors. Whether you have a dog or cat, bird, rabbit, rodent, ferret, or reptile, new patients are always welcome at our hospital. We cater to animals of all kinds, sizes, and genders, and from all “walks of life”, from working animals (such as service dogs that assist the blind and deaf) to breeding animals (such as birds from an aviary). Our hospital is Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant so is easily accessible for both owners and pets who are disabled.

Appointment and Cancellation Policies

Except in the case of a veterinary emergency, we ask that you please call ahead to schedule an appointment. This will ensure timely care for you and your pet. If this will be your pet’s first visit to our hospital, please be sure to bring any previous pet health records you may have. You may also have records sent to our office. Regular office visits are accepted six days a week, Monday through Saturday.

We also have a dedicated grooming room on-site. Whether it is just a hygienic bath and nail trim or a medical bath for a skin ailment, we offer you in-house bathing services. If your pet is boarding, you can take advantage of the opportunity to bathe him during his stay so that he returns home clean and happy.

Pet Pharmacy and Pet Food

We have a comprehensive pet pharmacy on-site for your convenience. We carry a wide range of medications as well as prescription and maintenance pet food diets. If there is something specific that we do not stock and you would like us to order, please do not hesitate to ask.
